How do I resolve an “invalid device ID” error during activation?
In rare cases, our sales channel may restock and resell the returned product. However, it's possible that the device has already been activated by the previous customer. Please check if the original package seal has been broken upon receiving your device. Additionally, try signing out and signing back in to the Manager App. If activation is still unsuccessful, please reach out to Lubn via the live chat or email service@lubn.com for assistance.
