How do I add a property?

Creating a property

1. Add a New Property

To begin, log into your Lubn Dashboard (via the web portal or mobile app).

  • Navigate to the Properties tab on the left-hand sidebar.

  • Click the Add Property button.

2. Enter Property Info

Accuracy here ensures that your prospects find the right location and your time zones sync correctly.

  • Property Name: Give your property a recognizable nickname (e.g., "The Heights - Unit 402").

  • Full Address (required): Start typing the address; our system will suggest locations via Google Maps for your visitors.

  • Media: We recommend uploading high-quality property photos so visitors can better understand your property from your Self-Schedule site and itineraries.

3. Specify Property Details

Next, select the appropriate options to provide detailed property specifications. Based on your input, our AI will generate a property script for your Virtual Agent to use when responding to prospect inquiries. Your Virtual Agent will only use the information you approve. Before enabling the Virtual Agent in Self-Schedule, carefully review the script to ensure optimal interactions with your prospects. To customize the script, simply turn off the Auto Script feature and enter your own edits.

For partnered associations and MLS accounts, property information may be pre-synced, allowing the listing agent to skip manual entry. However, we recommend carefully verifying the accuracy of all property specifications and reviewing the script before proceeding.

4. Define Prospecting Questions

The Virtual Agent can not only answer prospect questions but also ask follow-up questions on your behalf. Configure prospecting questions to capture the information you need and learn more about your prospects.

5. Test Virtual Agent

Before completing the property setup, test your Virtual Agent to confirm it is answering and asking questions as expected. Click the “Talk” button to start interacting with your Virtual Agent.
