Extending property visit duration
Visitors can request an extension of their property visit time by directly contacting the property managers. Only the authorized managers or device Admins can edit the schedule and resend the updated itinerary. The customer service live chat on the itinerary does not have the authority and cannot change the visit time for the visitors.
