# Release the key storage by visitors

## How do my visitors or other buyer agents access the key storage with the itineraries?

Visitors can release the key storage by scanning the QR code in the itinerary. Detailed instructions for accessing the key storage are included in the itinerary. For AI Lockbox 3, visitors are guided by the lockbox’s robotic voice to ensure a smooth and intuitive check-in experience, even for first-time visitors.
