# Can the lockbox hold a car key?

## Car key compatibility

**Yes.** Compared with the previous version, **Lubn AI Lockbox 3** has larger key storage capacity, allowing you to store a standard car remote key inside the compartment. For details, refer to [the size of the Key Storage](https://support.lubn.com/key-storage-capacity?hsLang=en).

For Lubn Lockbox 2, a standard car remote key does not fit inside the key storage compartment.
