Edit visit schedule and resend the itinerary
To adjust a scheduled visit in the Manager Web App before the visitor arrives, an Admin or Manager can follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the Manager Web App.
2. Navigate to the property.
3. Locate the scheduled visit in the list and click on the menu icon.
4. Choose the Edit schedule option to make changes to the schedule in the dialog box.
5. Save the modifications and send the itinerary.
Please note:
- Changes to scheduled visits can only be made before the visitor checks in.
- If adjustments are needed after check-in, the Manager has the option to either delete the current visit and create a new one or add a new visit as an extension immediately after the current one.
- Editing scheduled visits is not supported on mobile applications.
- Resending the itinerary is accessible on both mobile apps and the web app.
