Yes. Lubn supports single sign-on (SSO) through Google and Apple. If your company email runs on Google Workspace, or your team signs in with Apple IDs, you can use those existing credentials to access the Lubn PMS instead of managing a separate Lubn password.
You are not limited to one method. A single Lubn account can have Email, Google, and Apple sign-in connected at the same time, so anyone on your team can sign in the way they prefer and still reach the same properties, schedules, and access records.
Why teams turn on SSO
- One less password. Staff sign in with the company credentials they already use every day.
- Backup access. If one credential becomes unavailable, a second connected method keeps you in your account.
- Faster onboarding and offboarding. Sign-in is tied to the identity your company already controls.
- Inherited protections. Your Google or Apple account's own two-factor authentication applies when you sign in to Lubn.
Before you start
- You need to be signed in to the Lubn web app at https://lubn.app. Sign-in methods are managed in the web app, not the mobile app.
- Your Google or Apple account should use the same email address as your Lubn account where possible. This keeps your profile, notifications, and support history in one place.
- Company-managed Google Workspace accounts sometimes restrict third-party sign-in. If the Google authorization screen blocks the request, ask your IT administrator to allow it.
How to connect Google or Apple sign-in
- Sign in to the Lubn web app at https://lubn.app.
- Click your profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Settings.
- Open the Login & security tab.
- Under Social login, click Connect Google or Connect Apple.
- Follow the Google or Apple authorization screen and approve the request.
- You are returned to Lubn. The method now reads Disconnect Google or Disconnect Apple, which confirms it is connected and ready to use.
