To modify your subscription plan, simply access the device detail view on either the Manager App or the web Dashboard. Please note that a credit card is necessary for subscribing to the Premium Plan. Follow the provided instructions to successfully change your subscription.
Please note:
- No Pro Rata: Please be aware that Pro Rata is currently not supported. Once you change your subscription plan, the new plan will take effect immediately. Please note that you will be charged upfront when switching to the Premium Plan and no refunds will be provided if you decide to switch back to the Basic Plan. We advise you to make your decision carefully before switching your plan.
