Cancel or resume subscription
To modify your subscription plan, simply access the device detail view on either the Manager App or the web Dashboard. Please note that a credit card is necessary for subscribing to the Premium Plan. Follow the provided instructions to successfully change your subscription.
Please note:
- Please be aware that Pro Rata is currently not supported. Once you change your subscription plan, the new plan will take effect immediately. Please note that you will be charged upfront when switching to the Premium Plan and no refunds will be provided if you decide to switch back to the Basic Plan. We advise you to make your decision carefully before switching your plan.
- In order to switch your subscription plan between Basic, Premium, and Enterprise, you will be required to provide your credit card information. This step is crucial to ensure a smooth transition to your desired plan. By securely submitting your credit card details, you can effortlessly upgrade or downgrade your subscription to meet your evolving needs. Be assured that we handle your payment information with utmost security and prioritize the protection of your personal data.
