How does the free trial work?

At Lubn, each lockbox includes a free trial that covers both the LTE data network and the Property Management System (PMS). The length of the free Premium trial varies by promotion. Your free trial period starts as soon as the device is activated.

You can check your plan and the free trial expiration date in the LUBN mobile Manager App or Web PMS Dashboard:

Mobile App:

  1. Go to the Main Menu Bar and select "Devices"
  2. Select the device you want to check
  3. The plan information, including the free trial expiration date, will be displayed on the list.

Web PMS Dashboard:

  1. Go to the Main Menu Bar and select "Devices"
  2. Select the device you want to check
  3. The plan information, including the free trial expiration date, will be displayed on the device detail page.

Tip: To maximize your free trial, activate the device as close as possible to when you’re ready to start managing your property.

Caution: Manually switching the plan from Premium to Basic will stop the free trial immediately.
