Free trial
The length of the free trial for the Premium plan varies depending on the current promotion. Typically, it ranges from one to twelve months. The timer for the free trial begins as soon as the device is activated.
You can check your plan and the free trial expiration date in the LUBN mobile Manager App or Web Dashboard App:
LUBN Mobile Manager App:
- Go to the Main Menu Bar and select "Devices"
- Select the device you want to check
- The plan information, including the free trial expiration date, will be displayed on the list.
LUBN Web Dashboard App:
- Go to the Main Menu Bar and select "Devices"
- Select the device you want to check
- The plan information, including the free trial expiration date, will be displayed on the device detail page.
Tip: Activating the device right before you need to manage your property will give you the most out of the free trial.
Caution: Manually switching the plan from Premium to Basic will stop the free trial immediately.
