How do I update or remove my credit card?
Payment method management
You can update or remove your credit card in the Manager mobile app or the web app. The system supports one active credit card at a time, so you must delete the existing card before adding a new one.
Mobile App
In the Manager Mobile App, go to Profile and then select Payment. If your credit card is about to expire and you need to update it, first remove the existing card by swiping left, then add the new card. When the card on file has expired or there is no active card, all of your devices will be automatically switched to the Basic Plan.

To update your credit card information in the web app, select Ledger and then Account.

Please note that your credit card info is safely stored with Stripe, a third party payment processing company. Lubn does not keep your credit card info.
