      LTE connectivity status

      Get better LTE signal when installing LubnBox

      To optimize the functionality of LubnBox remote features, it is important to install your LubnBox in an area with LTE signal coverage. Simply press the check-in button on the LubnBox. If the check-in button LED flashes green, it means that the device is successfully connected to the LTE network. Additionally, you can check the signal strength status of your LubnBox in the Manager App or the web Dashboard.

      Please note:

      • The signal strength is not determined immediately after activating the LubnBox since it has not yet been powered on.
      • For the initial connection, it is recommended to power on the LubnBox in the proximity to a window or a door that allows for easy reception of the LTE signal.
      • If you are unable to establish a connection with the LubnBox at its current location, we recommend moving the device around the property and attempting to connect again.
