To optimize the functionality of the lockbox remote features, it is important to install the lockbox in an area with LTE signal coverage. Simply press the check-in button on the lockbox. If the check-in button LED flashes green, it means that the device is successfully connected to the LTE network. Additionally, you can check the signal strength status of your lockbox in the Manager App or the web PMS Dashboard.
Please note:
- The signal strength is not determined immediately after activating the lockbox since it has not yet been powered on.
- For the initial connection, it is recommended to power on the lockbox in the proximity to a window or a door that allows for easy reception of the LTE signal.
- If you are unable to establish a connection with the lockbox at its current location, we recommend moving the device around the property and attempting to connect again.
