The shackle does not release

Before attempting to release the shackle, it is important to ensure that the AI Lockbox 3 has a battery power level of at least 40%. If the battery is low, the shackle release function may not be available.

Ways to charge the battery

In most cases, the shackle may become tightly engaged with the latch in the device after it has been installed for a while. To address this, try gently wiggling the shackle before attempting to release it in order to reduce any tightness.

Once you scan the master QR code for the shackle and hear the beep sound, press down on the shackle first and then pull it to release it.
