Visitors will receive an SMS or email with the link to the trip itinerary to check-in. No additional App installation is required for visitors. A visitor can access the key storage with the itineraries in two ways:
Option 1: Scan QR Code
Press & release the check-in button on the key box. Once the camera LED is lit up, face the QR code to the camera. If the code is valid, the key box will release the Key Storage. This works even when the data connection is poor.
Option 2: Tap Get Key Now
With good data connection, a visitor can also tap Get Key Now and then press & release the check-in button to release the Key Storage.
