Securing a lockbox to a wall involves mounting the wall mount kit with heavy-duty screws, typically into masonry, brick, or a wall stud. Key steps include selecting a concealed, sturdy location, marking hole positions with a level, drilling holes, inserting wall anchors, and tightening screws

1. Select Location & Position: Choose a sturdy wall, ideally in a concealed area. Use a level to ensure the wall mount plate is straight.
2. Mark Mounting Holes: Use a marker to mark the four screw hole positions.
3. Drill Holes: Use a drill with the appropriate bit size (e.g., 6 mm).
   1. For masonry/brick: Use a hammer drill and masonry bit.
   2. For wood/studs: Use a regular drill with a standard bit.
4. Install Anchors: Insert heavy-duty wall plugs into the holes using a hammer.
5. Secure the wall mount plate: Align the wall mount plate holes with the wall anchors. Secure the plate by inserting and tightening the screws with a screwdriver or socket wrench, avoiding over-tightening.
6. Secure the lockbox: Place the lockbox onto the plate and insert the shackle until you hear "click."
7. Verify Security: Pull the box gently to ensure it is firmly attached.
