To create a free Individual account, visit the web app at https://lubn.app/signup and select one of the available sign-in options to begin.
To upgrade to an Enterprise account, click on the upgrade button in the upper right corner after signing in. To learn more about the differences between an Individual account and Enterprise account, please visit the differences among Basic, Premium, and Enterprise plan.
Sign-in with Email (Recommended)
To get started, complete the following steps:
- Select "Create account"
- Simply follow the user interface and provide the necessary information. Then, submit.
- After the form is submitted, system will send a verification email. Open the verification email and click on the Verify Now button.
- Once the email is verified, you can sign in using your registered email.
Please note:
- Once you have completed the form, our system will promptly send a confirmation email to your registered email address. If you don't find it in your Inbox, kindly check your spam folder.
- The verification link or the Verify Now button will expire after one hour. If you are unable to complete the verification process within that time, simply start the process again.
Sign-in with Google
You also have the option to sign in with Google. Just select the "Sign-in with Google" option and follow the Google sign-in interface. This will create your account and automatically sign you in. If there is any missing information that your Google account does not provide, you will be prompted to fill it out on your profile page.
Sign-in with Apple
You also have the option to sign in with Apple. Just select the "Sign-in with Apple" option and follow the Apple sign-in interface. This will create your account and automatically sign you in. If there is any missing information that your Apple account does not provide, you will be prompted to fill it out on your profile page.
Please note:
- Because of Apple's policy, Lubn may not be able to access your Apple account email. As a result, our customer service team may not be able to offer the same level of support as we can for those who sign in with their email or Google accounts.
Manage multiple sign-in methods
You may include all of the above sign-in methods in your profile for greater flexibility and backup access. To manage them, click your profile icon in the web app, select Settings, and open the Login & security tab.
From there, you can:
- Review which sign-in methods (Email, Google, Apple) are currently linked
- Add a new sign-in method by following the on-screen authorization steps
- Remove a method you no longer wish to use (as long as at least one active method remains)
We recommend keeping at least two sign-in methods connected to ensure continuous access to your account if one credential becomes unavailable.
