The process of deleting a Lubn Individual account

Lubn is committed to delivering an exceptional property management experience through innovative technology. In the unlikely event that you need to delete your Lubn account, please follow the steps outlined below. 

Please note:

  • If you just want to stop paying the subscription, simply switch your plan to Basic plan which is always free.
  • If you are not satisfied with Lubn's product and services, please kindly let us know at service@lubn.com.
  • If you wish to have the LubnBox re-activated by another individual, kindly provide the following details when reaching out to service@lubn.com:

    - The device ID

    - Your order receipt or record

    - Include the email of the current Admin in the change request.

    Our service team requires the above information to verify that the request is coming from an authorized person.
  • If you are an Admin or a Manager on the Enterprise plan, kindly reach out to the Super Admin or IT department to request the deletion of your account.

 

Caution:

  • Once your account has been deleted, you, your delegate managers, and your authorized visitors will no longer have the ability to unlock your LubnBox.
  • Once your account has been deleted, your LubnBox will be deactivated and cannot be reactivated by anyone else.
  • Once your account has been deleted, all of the data regarding your account will be removed from Lubn's system and cannot be recovered.


Delete account in Manager App

  1. Tap the profile icon at the upper right
  2. Select "Edit Profile"
  3. Scroll down to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm

Delete account in web Dashboard

  1. Tap the profile icon at the upper right
  2. Select "Edit"
  3. Scroll down to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete account"
  5. Confirm
