How do I delete my Lubn account?

Lubn is committed to delivering an exceptional property management experience through innovative technology. In the unlikely event that you need to delete your Lubn account, please follow the steps outlined below. 

Please note:

  • If you just want to stop paying the subscription, simply switch your plan to Basic plan which is always free.
  • If you are not satisfied with Lubn's product and services, please kindly let us know at service@lubn.com.
  • If you wish to have Lubn lockboxes re-activated by another individual, please refer to Transfer Super Admin

  • If you are an Admin or a Manager on the Enterprise plan, kindly reach out to the Super Admin or IT department to request the deletion of your account.

 

Caution:

  • Once your account has been deleted, you, your delegate managers, and your authorized visitors will no longer have the ability to unlock your Lubn lockboxes.
  • Once your account has been deleted, your Lubn lockboxes will be deactivated and cannot be reactivated by anyone else.
  • Once your account has been deleted, all of the data regarding your account will be removed from Lubn's system and cannot be recovered.


Delete account in mobile app

  1. Tap the profile icon at the upper right
  2. Select "Edit Profile"
  3. Scroll down to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm
