Troubleshoot
Before attempting to release the shackle, it is important to ensure that the LubnBox has a battery power level of at least 40%. If the LubnBox has a low battery, the shackle release function may not be available.
In most cases, the shackle may become tightly engaged with the latch in the device after the LubnBox has been installed for a while. To address this, try gently wiggling the shackle before attempting to release it in order to reduce any tightness.
Once you scan the master QR code for the shackle and hear the beep sound, remember to press down on the shackle first and then pull it to release it.
